How do I contact the seller after my order?

After ordering, you can contact the seller via Vero app.

To do so:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Search for Checkout, and tap on "Order History"
  4. Choose the order.
  5. Tap on "Vero Side Account" in the Seller description.

You will be able to write a message to the seller after ordering.
