How do I contact the seller during my order?

By tapping on "Buy" a screen where you will see at the bottom "Need assistance with my order?" will open.

  1. Tap on this link "Need assistance with my order?"
  2. Choose in the scrolling menu "Ordering/Payment" or "Product" following the issue.
  3. In the field "Provide a description", tell us what is your concern.
